Delta Sigma Pi
Overview
Delta Sigma Pi is a professional business fraternity with the goal to bring students of all backgrounds together to foster the study of business at Purdue University.
Delta Sigma Pi attracts some of the best and most dedicated students at Purdue University. While all of our members vary in skillset and background immensely, we share two core commonalities: an engagement in business related fields and a drive to prepare ourselves for successful and rewarding careers.
Delta Sigma Pi provides its members with professional development, leadership opportunities, many ways to serve our community, and support for scholastic achievement. Our members are leaders across campus - whether it be university sponsored clubs, social fraternities and sororities, campus employment, varsity sports, or volunteering at community organizations across Tippecanoe County. This semester we will host case competitions with our partners, work with local charitable organizations such, networking events with a wide range of companies, and internal professional and academic development of our members - just to name a few.

How do I get involved?
We have 2-3 callouts at the start of each semester. If you are interested in joining Delta Sigma Pi, it is highly encouraged that you attend one of these callouts to learn more about us and meet some of our members. The application form is available online and at the callouts. In the weeks following the callouts, we host a few recruiting events which give you a chance to meet our members in an informal setting, have fun, and ask any questions you may have about Delta Sigma Pi. Once applications have been turned in, we grant interviews to candidates that we feel would be a good fit for Delta Sigma Pi.
The pledge process is an intensive seven-week program, where your pledge class will operate as a mini organization, where you will elect officer positions for the pledge class, and plan events similar to those we do throughout semester. This includes a professional event, community service event, social event, and fundraisers to help fund these events. In addition, you will attend weekly meetings and take quizzes on our fraternity history. The time commitment is significant but very manageable. Time management is crucial throughout the pledge process.
Every member is a great source of information about what it is like to be a part of Delta Sigma Pi. For more information about the recruitment and pledging processes, please contact the Senior Vice President directly at dsp@purdue.edu.
