Overview

Purdue University Women in Business (WIB) is an organization made up of about 60 women and is based in the Krannert School of Management. Contrary to popular belief, we accept all majors! We are a group of women driven to foster relationships with each other, Purdue faculty, and professionals in the business world. Our organization strives to prepare our members for their careers by developing professionalism, communication skills, and leadership skills. Plus, it's a great way to make friends!

Membership/Incentives

From a Community Service Associate to Vice President of Conference, we assign positions that suit your interests, each with it's own significance and worth. We aim to foster leadership potential within our members and give them the opportunity to reach that potential.

We help WIB members adapt to change, adversity, and major opportunities. Our leaders are encouraged to try different positions every year; growth is vital to success. We provide worthwhile networking opportunities to help our community.

Positivity, self empowerment, and affirmations have helped us break the prejudice that the corporate world is only led by men. We believe in equal opportunity and respect. Women are encouraged to improve and develop with every different task or activity. unity flourish. We share the goal to develop the versatile leader within our organization.

How do I get involved?

We meet every Wednesday at 7pm in Rawls Hall, and our meetings consist of speakers, professional development topics, and member development activities.
